Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a lush UNESCO World Heritage Site in southwestern Uganda. Known as an ancient glacial refuge, it is most famous for protecting roughly half of the world's remaining mountain gorilla population. The park spans four key trekking sectors: Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga, and Nkuringo. Bwindi is home to over 450 mountain gorillas, 11 other primate species (including chimpanzees), forest elephants, and hundreds of bird species.
Day 1 Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will proceed to clear with immigration and customs procedures. Thereafter, you will be met by Primate Expeditions representative just outside the baggage area and transferred to your hotel, remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 2 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve
An early breakfast, transferred back to Entebbe International Airport to catch your morning Aerolink flight 0700 eta KHX 0845 to Kihihi (baggage allowance is 15 kg in soft sided duffel bags). Upon arrival at Kihihi airstrip, you will be met by a lodge representative and transfer to the lodge. Rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve
Today you set off on your Uganda gorilla tracking adventure in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest Reserve – home to half of the world’s total mountain gorilla population. While trekking through the dense forest you’ll have the opportunity to view the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. Looking deep into the expressive brown eyes of the Gentle Giants of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park surely is the most exciting and poignant wildlife encounter that Africa has to offer. After this captivating and unforgettable experience, you will head back to your Uganda safari lodge.

Day 4 Entebbe
After breakfast, check out and be transferred to Kihihi airstrip (approximately 90mins) for your morning scheduled light flight ETA1125 hours (baggage allowance is strictly 15 kg in soft sided duffel bags) back to Entebbe International airport arriving in time to connect on your international flight.
Includes;
· Arrival airport transfers as per itinerary
· Accommodation in standard room on BB in Entebbe and on Safari. FB on safari as indicated on the itinerary
· Kihihi airstrip transfer, gorilla trek transfers by a lodge representative/vehicle
· Gorilla permit (Quoted separately)
· Schedule return flight Entebbe/Kihihi – baggage allowance is 15 kg in soft duffle bags
· At Mahogany lodge – a glass of cask wine or a beer or a soft drink at dinner time
